People mourn victims of mudslide prior to 1st anniv.

OSHIMA, Japan - Residents of Izu Oshima Island, around 120 kilometers south of Tokyo, light candles on Oct. 15, 2014, to mourn those who were killed by mudslides triggered by a power typhoon ahead of the first anniversary of the disaster, which occurred on Oct. 16, 2013, leaving 39 dead or unaccounted for.
